THE PROCEDURE:
A small gyroscope is mounted to spin about a horizontal
axis. The gyro is counterbalanced by a weight on the
other end of the axle. A gravitational torque is
applied by moving the weight. The whole system will
precesses about a vertical axis.
Use the Gyroscope Starter to get a high enough rpm on the
gyroscope.
