Clamp the Support Bar to a bench support rod. Hang the Irregular Shape Object on the support bar from one of the four eye screws. Then hang the Plumb Bob on the same support bar so that the string of the plumb bob is on the face of the irregular shaped object. Draw a line on the object to indicate the vertical orientation. Repeat this for all four eye screws on the object. The point were all the vertical lines cross is the objects center of mass. |
