Suspend Sand Cone above bench. Place a long sheet of paper or cardboard underneath the cone. Pour sand into the cone and set the pendulum into motion. Slowly draw the paper out for under the pendulum as the sand pours out, this will give you a sinusoidal pattern of sand on the paper. |
